Each of our trainers and nutritionists are certified by a nationally recognized & accredited organization such as The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), The American Council On Exercise (ACE), or The International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) among others. All of our trainers also have at least 1 year of verified experience working directly with clients on personalized training programs.

How do you create personalized workout plans?

Our trainers craft personalized workout plans by first assessing each client's fitness level, health history, and goals. This information informs the selection of exercises, sets, reps, and intensity that are tailored to the client's specific needs. Our trainers ensure a balanced approach, incorporating cardiovascular exercises, strength training, and flexibility work, while progressively increasing the workout's challenge to avoid plateaus. Throughout each client’s program, the trainer monitors the client's progress through measurements, photos, and feedback, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results. Nutritional guidance, rest and recovery strategies, and education on proper form and technique complement the workout plan. The trainer's continuous motivation and support help keep all clients engaged and motivated throughout their fitness journey.

Do you have experience working with clients similar to my goals?

All of our trainers and nutritionists have been trained to work with clients with various backgrounds and physical abilities. Our trainers can assist you in weight loss, toning, balance improvement among many other health goals you may have in mind.

What equipment do I need to have at home?

It is not required to have any equipment to work with us. Each of our packages include an equipment bundle that includes an exercise mat, exercise ball, 30 lb kettlebell set, plyometric box, core sliders, and resistance bands. We can also make use of any additional equipment you or your local gym may have if you choose. We can also design and work with only body weight and aerobic exercises at your discretion.

What is your pricing structure?

Each of our plans are inclusive of a specified number of personal training sessions ranging from 15-250 (virtual or in-person), full body analysis, customized nutrition plan, equipment bundle, on demand work-out videos, routines, educational resources & ebooks, fitness journal, mobile app access, and access to a growing like-minded fitness focused community to help you achieve your goals and transformation.
